SUMMARY:Horsemanship Clinic
DESCRIPTION:\nClinicians - Walter and Gisela Mantler - visit our webis
te to see us at work http://www.symphonystables.com/index_files/Page76
2.htm Our horsemanship clinics are designed to train and work with the
horse and rider at their current level. During the initial training,
it is irrelevant whether the horse is going English or Western. The cl
inics are designed to improve communication between horse and human wh
ether it be a completely green horse/rider or national level dressage
or reining competitor. Our training process takes a very progressive a
pproach for both horse and rider based on “training before schooling
”. We teach the basics and then build on them until the horse & ride
r are ready to be schooled for a specific discipline or maybe just go
for a quiet enjoyable trail ride.\n\n\n\nThese clinics are excellent f
or those students preparing themselves for Chris Irwin’s Train the T
rainer program. Symphony has successfully trained numerous students wh
o were then able to earn / upgrade their trainer certification.\n\nThe
se clinics are great for training horses with problems like:\n\n· Sta
nding for mounting\n\n· Biting, kicking\n\n· Bucking, rearing, runaw
ays\n\n· Spooking in the show ring or on the trail\n\n· Problem pick
ing up feet\n\n· Trailer loading\n\n\n\nIf your horse is already goin
g well, we can help with:\n\n· Getting nicer upward or downward trans
itions from walk, to trot, to canter\n\n· Get them bending, stretchin
g and working on true collection from back to front\n\n· Get nicer le
g yield maneuvers for: half pass, sidepass, haunch turn etc. by making
full use of timing and proper use of leg and seat aids\n\n· Long lin
ing and preparing for driving\n\nFor more information visit http://www
