 d session, as well as the Confidence building section, and the Art The
 rapy. We want to present a variety of ways that you may explore healin
 g on all levels – spiritual, emotional, physical and psychological. 
 Maybe discover some hidden talents you never knew you had! We all need
  to find ways to beat the stress of our modern day, fast paced lives. 
 In this day and age, too many people of all ages are suffering from de
 pression and anxiety, and it leads to all kinds of social problems. We
  are hoping to create connections on many levels so our participants c
 an begin the journey back to becoming whole again, one with nature and
  themselves. The world needs more peace, understanding, cohesion and h
