DESCRIPTION:Drummerhill Stables is pleased to host an\nUTE BUSSE CLINI
 C\nUte Busse's Bio\n\nUte began riding in Germany at the age of six. S
 he was first taught by her father, Bruno Klann, and credits coach Herm
 ann Rahlenbeck as another of her earliest influences. Before moving to
  Canada in 1982, Ute successfully competed in both dressage and eventi
 ng in Germany.\nIn the 1990's Ute had great success with her Trakehner
  gelding Dillon, and was named to the Canadian Equestrian Team in 1994
 . In 1995 she was a member of the Bronze Medal winning Canadian Dressa
 ge Team at the CDF Trivett Classic in Sydney, Australia. In the same y
 ear Ute finished in sixth place at the final Pan/Am Selection Trials a
 nd captured the Grand Prix Reserve Championship at the Ontario Champio
 nships. Four years later she qualified her Holsteiner gelding La Diamo
  to compete for a spot on the Pan/Am team.\nIn 2005 Ute competed the O
 ldenburg gelding Dover, owned by Wendy Beresford, and her own crossbre
 d gelding Maximus with much success at CDIs across Canada, culminating
  the year with both horses being named to the B Short List for the Can
 adian Team. In 2006 Ute debuted the Dutch gelding Lindor's Finest, who
  she owns together with Sally Carlton, at the Prix St. Georges / Inter
 mediare 1 Level, after having won numerous Fourth Level Championships 
 with him throughout the 2005 season.\nUte has also coached a number of
  Young Riders to positions on the Ontario Young Riders Team, including
  David Boots and her daughters Sarah and Tina Busse, all of whom have 
 represented Canada at the North American Young Riders Championships. T
 ina is now married to Jaimey Irwin and continues to ride competitively
  at the International level . As a coach, Ute has developed a number o
 f successful Adult, Junior and Young Rider students. These include Mer
 edith Risk who in 2006 showed at Fourth Level on Walter Shandley's gel
 ding Q; and Lori Albrough, who showed at Third Level on her Fjord geld
 ing Prisco. Some of Ute's Junior students include Kristen, Annika, and
  Mariah Sutton, Carley Brohman, and Brook Koppeser, who have all been 
 very successful both locally and at the National shows.\nUTE BUSSE DRE
