When I first got him he had a set of registration transfer papers - these have been lost in moves and some chaos.
I still have his pedigree, brand inspection, vet records etc.
How can I find out which organization he is registered with, please?

I have asked the previous owner and she does not remember.

He is a Dutch warm blood.

Art Deco is Hallmark's sire -- I have a copy of his blood line and certificate.

Hallmark is a pinto (paint). I have a picture of him.

Just found this :
Name: Royal Falcon
Dam: Honey Sipper
Foaling Year: 1990
Sex: Mare
Breeder: Fred Seitz & Ric Waldman
DNA Sample: No frozen blood sample is likely to be available
Hi, Andre:

I know (or knew) Hallmark after he was gelded. He belonged to Leslie Reid (Canadian Dressage Team rider) along with someone else (I think it was Dr. Judy Clappison), and then Jeremy Steinberg (WA state) had him. He's not a paint or a pinto, he's Dutch with a body splash. He's probably registered with the KWPN.NA and was likely bred in NA.

The information on the mare sounds like TB, and I would check first with the Jockey Club. You could also try locating either of the breeders, as they might be able to help you. If she's registered there, you might be able to get Shaka papers as a 1/2 TB. Also, you might be able to register him as Dutch if he was in fact born in 1997 and Hallmark is registered Dutch - I can't remember which year the KWPN changed their rules to make it such that both parents had to be registered Dutch and approved - you might make it under the wire with your horse. The staff at the KWPN.NA office are really helpful, so try them.
cool, thank you for all the help - I found Royal Falcon in the Jockey club registry. I'll send an email off to KWPN-NA to see if Royal Mark is already registered, if not I'll find out registration process.
