Para-Equestrian Canada is hosting the WindReach International Para-Dressage Competition CPEDI3* near Toronto, Ontario from May 28-30th, 2010. This FEI event is an official qualifier for the 2010 World Equestrian Games, and will draw top Para-Dressage competitors from around the world.

HORSES – International riders will be looking to lease dressage horses of all levels from walk/trot through Prix St. George. To be considered to lease all horses must:

· Be sound and in good physical health/condition
· Have good temperament and work ethic
· Have some dressage show experience

Specific fees and all arrangements pertaining to the lease of a horse are the sole responsibility and at the discretion of the horse owners.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- The following is a brief outline of some of the horse competition requirements. It is the responsibility of the horse owner intending to lease a horse for this competition to understand and comply with all FEI competition rules.

· Canadian-owned horses must be registered with EC, be identifiable by diagram and have a valid vaccination certificate (with negative coggins test within 6 months of the competition)
· Horses may be subject to FEI Equine Medication Control Testing
· Horses must pass a horse inspection (trot up) to be eligible to compete
· Horses must be exclusively available to the lessee from May 20th- 30th, 2010 Note: Training period prior to competition dates are to be arranged between rider/owner
· Arrangements for transportation to and from show grounds is the responsibility of the horse owner and/or lessee
· Liability Insurance is required for horses attending the show
· Horses may arrive on the show grounds May 26th, 2010
· Owners may act as grooms for their own horse(s) if they wish, but must adhere to all FEI Para-Dressage rules
· FEI Para-Dressage rules do not permit owners to ride their horse(s) once they have entered the competition grounds
