MacLeod Equine Services Ltd. is the exclusive Canadian distributor for the Omega Alpha line of herbal nutritional supplements for horses and the Back On Track line of therapeutic garments. With over 200 dealers within our coast to coast sales network, MacLeod Equine provides health advice and unique products in all equine disciplines.

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of office manager in our Halifax office. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Simply Accounting and other Microsoft Office software programs. As well, a strong background in the equine industry, with a particular attention to equine health and wellness would be a definate asset. Duties associated with this position would include:

communication with our dealer network processing orders, monthly statements and management of accounts receivable.
General accounting duties via Simply Accounting.
providing health and wellness advice related to our product lines to our dealer network and the general public.
development and management of the marketing communications program.

I am happy to report that we start the year with a new Resume/Cover Letter Uploader Utility. Now you can upload cover letters or resumes instead of having to copy and paste them. We have tested this from creation of a new resume all the way through to the employer level where they can view the uploaded files.
When creating a new resume, you can use the resume builder or you can “Copy and Paste Your Resume” to upload your resume file. We have set it up to accept the following formats (.doc, .docx, .rtf, .pdf).
If you would think we need to add other file types, please let us know and we will accommodate you as best we can.

Hi, You might have some luck if you also post this on the Eurodressage group page, as I know there are a number of dressage grooms on the site. Hope this helps!
