Thank you.  It may be a long night for us. The filly has a contracted neck....very odd.  Just the way she laid in the womb.  We are helping her nurse and helping her to stretch those tendons as she can't look up on her own.  Just wanted to explain what we are doing....

Congrats Pumpkin! Missed this one, but get to see the foal...Is it a Filly or Colt?

Comment by Betty Kasper on April 12, 2012 at 8:05pm

Yes I was knocked off too soon after it was born. Missed the part where they say if it's a colt or a filly.

Such a cute baby!! I kept getting an error message, but at least I saw the main event! Congrats to all involved

Pumpkin sure didn't waste a lot of time having that one! Congratulations to all.

Getting to see Pumpkin up close and she looks like she may be in labor too. She is shaking her head like several of the mares did when they were in labor. Ace on the other hand has settled down a bit right now.Just noticed Pumpkin as also straining and turning around and looking for something(her foal?)

I agree Betty.  I swear I saw her have a butt tuck this morning and I sat glued to the computer all day watching and got very little done.  Only to find that PUMPKIN is testing off the charts tonight...she is on go and has full screen.  Might be a busy night here....who knows.  Then again Pumpkin may just sit on go...like everyone else lOL
