Here is Mo's leg. My mom took the picture on 24 Oct. this yr. It has healed a lot recently and is looking really good! :) He doesn't even limp any more or show any signs of limping after jumping high jumps! I know because just yesterday I jumped him about 70cm which is higher than normal! :)

His left leg is the one that caused the limp! :(

I wanted to do a show on Sunday but wen I rode him at the show and warmed him up he was limping because of his leg. I was really upset and I'm not scared to say I cried. I was looking forward to it for a month! :( I ended up doing it on Mouse, a riding school horse, not pony, and it was only the second time I rode him. I jumped 40, 50, 60 and 70! The last 2 weren't planned and I'm not a very confident rider so I think I did pretty well! Even after he refused in the 60cm jump off and I almost fell off twice!
Any way... After the show I groomed Mouse and gave him treats. Then I went to go c Mo who was in his paddock. I played with him and tried to take sum pics of him but he kept on following me. And wen I ran away to try get sum distance to take the pic, he trotted! It was sooo cute and really unexpected! He even watched me as I rode Mouse in the show! I love my boy! :)

I ride an Oldenburg mare called Fendi (in my picture) and I'm working on getting her to training level in dressage. Right now we're in a pony club level called pretraining which is just a bit easier. I'm mostly working with her on tracking up in walk and trot and going on the bit.

Cool guys!
I have made good progress with Mowgli, my horse, since I got him 2 or 3 mnths ago, 1 with which I didn't c him 'cos I went 2 Europe! :( :)
He has improved jumping and speed control and I have improved position and handling him. I was not used 2 fast horses at first! I only rode ponies!
We have both improved in bonding! :)
