Hey Girls... My paint's name is Dolly. I would of named her something different but she really does come to her name. She is a very active and loves to show off. She I believe has Racking in her, and she will walk, with that racking fast gait. Easy trotting is like riding in a rocking chair, yet when she lopes off, she is smooth and very smooth. The weather here is very humid, and we have been going early morning at 6:30-7AM,, Yesterday-Sunday, I made her walk the trails,, it was so muggy.... She truly is up to going and does anything I ask her,, I LOVE PAINTS!!
hey Rhonda, wecome to this group too, see I'm everywhere LOL if you had a Morgan we could say hi there. talk at you soon
Hi, everyone! I have a beautiful medicine hat pinto (his mom was APHA registered). I love the paints. :)
I am needing ideas on how to treat his eyes ,I just got him and the peolpe that had him I do not think they put sun screen on him or masked him at all, he has some sores on his eyes, I have been puting sun screen on him and some eye onitment what I need is to find some one to tattoo his eyes as I have been reserching it studies have shown that it helps with all the stuff that comes from blue eyes with no color, any one have any good ideas?
Hi, welcome to the group! I look forward to hearing your training success stories. I train my own horses, I find that once we 'Join-Up' the rest of training is smooth as a stronger bond has been established. I have interested in Natural Horsemanship and would love to here others views and experiences with it :)
Also, my mare Miss Faxed is due early May and is already looking HUGE! I am sooo excited! The sad thing for me is that this foal will be for sale. This will be my first foal from my mare since i have had her (she was previously used as a broodmare only and has produced 7 foals, she is 19). I am currently advertising the foal for sale in utero, if interested you can view info and pics of my mare, the sire and his foals from last spring on my website. I am motivated to sell, this foal will be bred to do it all! breeding, showing, chasing cattle, hacking, English, Western, Driving (my mare's sire Painted Fax has ROM in performance and Superior in Driving, Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle, he holds many World Champion & Res Champion titles)
