Writer and rider, who is lucky enough to have two horses - both rescues. Chaos is a Arab/Morgan cross, and a very BIG horse in a small body. We've been together for almost two years.
Dayo is an eight-year old TB mare who fell on hard times after a very brief and uninspired racing career. Her registered name is Home by Dark (Dixie Union/Mema's Turning Red). I found her almost a year ago through Canter ON in a backyard in Innisfil, weighing 863 lbs. Today she is happy, healthy, and working under saddle, and learning to jump. We're lucky enough to be coached by Margie Gayford, and we have no idea what our limits are :)
Welcome to the Toronto CADORA community on Barnmice! We're glad to have you on board. I'd appreciate it if you could tell me what prompted you to join us. Just curious to know how people found out about the club.
Hope to see you at some of our events in the future.
Hi Sue,
I agree with you - I get the therapy as much (if not more!) than our riders do! I am so glad you wrote and I'm glad to know there are others who love therapeutic riding programs as much as I do! Nice to meet you and please feel free to keep in touch!! Rebecca
