A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
Karen is a devoted rider and instructor. She has riden for 22 years and has been coaching for 6 years. Certified by Equine Canada, karen has devoted her time to making an excellent interactive beginner program for both youth and adults. Her back ground as a chemistry teacher has allowed her to creatively design fun interactive activites both mounted and unmounted. Karen's mission statement is to promote the "good" side of the horse industry, buy turning horse lovers into educated horse owners, one hoof print at a time! Karen teaches at several barns in the okanagan area and has a wonderful string of 12 fun safe school horses in all shapes and sizes. Karen offers summer camps, sleep outs, rider development program and horse club saturdays! She has access to a large indoor arena at Mission Creek Ranch, where she runs her kelowna ringing academy and horseclub!     That would be great!!!!!! Nazelli and I are working on our jumping. She a natural!! Anytime you see me out there and you are driving by, feel free to drop by and say hi. (and also meet my horsey's!!) I mostly ride on sarerdays and tuesday's, and sometimes sundays.

    Do you have the place up on the hill? I think that I recognise your place too. I went up there once to ask if I could ride up there. but it turned out that the 5 foot tall irrigation was in the way so I couldn't.My grandma lives a condo beside the IGA and so from her house I can see a big stable with pastures and 5 to 7 horses. I think it is called 'Wind song 'farm??

    That would be great!! The two girls who lease Kamber are only beginner beginners, so have no one to ride with that is at my level of riding. And as you've probobly seen, my riding ring was forgotten by the last owners, so now it is hard clay and mud( with alot of weeds). Talk to ya soon.
