I am taking Equine Sciences from a Distance Learning program from the UK. I live in Vancouver Canada and taking two courses per term :-)

Maybe some day I will find my dream job working with horses through your program. I am looking forward to teaching to others what I have learned, so that horses and people can enjoy better lives.

It is a distance learning program from the UK. they mail me the materials and i complete the assignment and e-mail back my exams. It is called: EquiStudy from warkscol.ac.uk

My dream job would be to work with the young horses or the difficult horses, make them pleasant and easy to work with. I love cleaning their stalls and grooming. I enjoy teaching beginners all about horses, their care, riding, groundwork. I was an OEF level 2 coach, but let the designation slide over the past years. At that time I had my own stable with 12 horses, including boarders and taught lessons to the horse owners and non-owners. We arranged riding demonstrations for the parents, riding to music etc. showing what the riders had learned while having a great time. I would usually teach only 1 or 2 people at a time, and I like that because there is more attention to each person and horse. I want to do that again as well as offering training demonstrations and clinics. I have signed up for a weekend "Anatomy" course through University of Guelph this April. I would like to do the Equine Science course through Guelph.
