In all honesty it will be tough for you to find work in Canada without having already received your immigration and work authorisation papers.

If you have experience in fabrication then you may qualify for assistance as a skilled worker in that field. It will be hard to immigrate with the sole intention of working with horses though, as there is no shortage of local employee candidates here (even though it doesn't always feel that way - LOL)
