A Bit About Me and my Horse(s): I work in the expanding field of equine guided/facilitated personal growth. There are many ways in which therapists, life coaches, rehabilitation professionals, and others are incorporating the grounded, body centered presence of a horse into their work with people from all walks of life. This includes the relationship between equestrians and their horses. Horses model for us living in the present as body centered beings. They understand and communicate with the world around them through their senses, fully aware of their environment. Highly sensitive to the emotional state of humans, horses respond as mirrors, reflecting what is true for a person, moment to moment. I am a life coach and my business is White Horse Coaching. I offer a supportive environment to observe and interact with horses for powerful experiences that provide insight into self limiting beliefs and behaviors that keep us from realizing our true nature, passions and abilities.
