A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)

Well, where to start? This horse has literally saved my life.
I rescued her from an abusive situation in April(2011). I was at a stage of my life where I was giving up on everything. My 5 year old OTTB/my whole world was put down in 2009. After she died I went into this year and a half depression.

But since I've rescued Tally I feel like my whole life is restored. I've had so many other horses after Maggie(the 5 year old) but none like Tally. When I'm with her my head spins and my heart beats quick. When I'm gone from her I ache..I can't think straight..This horse is my entire world! She has brought my whole world back to where it should be.

Tally is a 17.3 big boned OTTB mare. I was able to track her down and find where she was bred, raced, etc. She has had 3 babies and has run in some graded stakes! Her jockey was Johnny V!!

I also have another OTTB mare. I just rescued her 8-16-11 out of Camelot(the horse auction. She was in pen 10 waiting to be bought or shipped to slaughter) She is a light grey/nearly white 16hh mare. I haven't been able to track her down because her previous owners screwed with her Tatt so tracking her wouldn't be possible. I've renamed her Hayley's Comet! She's a cutie, but wicked shy and wicked scared.
