I started my career training animals in the pools at Sea World in California. I worked there for 10 years. I introduced positive reinforcement/clicker training to horses in 1994 with Olympic gold medalist Beezie Madden and her husband John Madden. I have branched out and worked with olympic dressage riders as well as pony club and the backyard enthusiast. My business, On Target Training, works with any discipline or breed by improving the horses desire to perform. It also dramatically improves the relationship between horse and rider.
