Glad to be your friend, Lorraine!  I've never gotten to meet a Fjord, but I think they are cute!  What do you do with your horse?

I don't have horses any more.  My MS got too bad, I just can't care for one anymore.

I ride other people's horses.  The bay is Mia, Arab mare, ca. 30 yrs old, occult spavin in one hock.  We are two creaky, crippled old ladies helping each other!  Since I can't do much (I ride for just 30 min. at a time) my teacher thought we would be a good fit.  It was hard for her to move at first and I was her only student willing to go SLOW for years if necessary.  She is much better now with good basic riding and a good supplement and she hardly limps at a trot any more.  I adore Arabians.  (Nothing against the Fjords!)
