    es, right now we definitely have less rain than you, especially since we've either been in a drought or on the edge of a drought (abnormally dry) for years.

    Since neither place I ride at has an indoor arena when it rains I can't ride, though if it just a drizzle and the footing will take it I try to go out to ride.  Luckily my riding teacher is from the Pennsylvania hunt country she understands that drizzle is just a minor inconvenience and stands out in it with me.
