A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
I have 3 beautiful horses that I am fostering for a horrible neglect case where 54 horses were already found dead. 64 others (mare with foals mixed with 32 stallions too weak to fight) were holding on for dear life, many within days of death, too weak to stand. They were fed Thrive feed free choice with water as they lay until strong enough to stand and be moved. There recovery has been truly amazing with their weight and health in full recovery within two months. All have survived without a single case of colic or founder. Needless to say my three other horses are on Thrive now. Please check out this feed at Thrive.com

I just use really good Sheens, and good mane brushes. I brush his mane out and braid it each day I ride him. It normally takes about 35 minutes to braid his mane like seen in the picture at the dressage show.

That's pretty neat that one of your horses name is Holly, especially because she's a palomino.. I love palominos.
I hope to move to Texas one day. I want to rescue horses, and Texas is a big hot spot for a lot of neglect situations.
You've done a wonderful job with your rescues. The situation where your rescues came from breaks my heart. That is terrible.
5 of my horses are rescues. 2 of them were from auctions, 2 were from the feedlot, and the other one was taken from the owner because of abuse and neglect. They are all wonderful horses and how someone did those things to them puzzles me. I just don't get it... some real sick people out there.
