The bay mare in my avatar photo is a circa 30 yr old Arab mare, probably of Crabbet breeding.  She was sort of dumped at the stable where I ride and the BO (who owns her) and I have been trying to figure out her past.  When I started riding her almost two years ago she was frozen with arthritis and very weak.  Now she is muscled out and in MUCH better shape, good supplements can help!  I write about riding her in a lot of my blogs.
