A Bit About Me and my Horse(s): Hobbies: Horses, skiing, cycling, camping, hiking, canoeing - but I also love downtown Montreal and a nice restaurant!
Gloria(Ria), the grey mare pictured, is a Canadian Trakehner. She was the top scoring mare for all of Canada at the breed inspections. I started her under saddle, showed her Hunter, then Eventing, ultimately competing in Combined Driving at Prelim. She loves anything we do together it seems! Ria injured her stifle sometime during the winter of '08 and is now expecting two foals - one she is carrying and one by embryo transfer.
Apollo, the chestnut, is by the same sire as Ria, Hildebrand. I started him in May '08 and he was Hunting late August! He is coming along nicely.
I coach Hunter/Jumper and Dressage riders, train young horses, judge Dressage and Hunter and do horse show announcing.
