- i have just bought a 4 year old thoroughbred mare. she was trained to race but never actually did. i'm so glad because i never would have her now if she did. i wasn't looking for her but our path just crossed eachothers. her sire is katahaula county and her dam is broad band. she is called ginger and is a very bright firey chestnut colour. i need to think of a show name. does anybody have any ideas?
