<p>I personally like the BOT/ThinLine Contender II saddle pad, it has six pockets for the shims (each pocket can take up to two shims) so I have a pretty decent chance of making up for some saddle fitting deficiencies with the horses I ride, like what can happen when a horse gains or loses muscles. </p>
