Thank you so much for this video! I've been having back problems when I ride and my trainer says that i'm always sitting crooked and i feel like it's because of pain. I will start these excercises right away and hopefully they will help me to gain core strength so that I'm not overcompensating for being so week anymore.

My favourite exercises. I haven't had any back problems since I started walking the plank! Knock on wood.

Claire, as a sport med doc I know the value of core exercises in many sports and activities. What a great video to start riders improving their stability!!! Great job!!

Great video and super helpful... I've started to add the plank to my workout and my core is definitely getting stronger. Thanks!

There are horses that do not think the little fences are worth worrying about. Are you lungeing him over the jumps just in a cavesson, or are you using side reins too? Do you lunge over jumps with a saddle on? Do not use side reins (I am not saying…

Where did I state that medival dressage was humane and correct? I have stipulated that the SRS under Podhajsky presented dressage more correctly. I know who Kottas is and he is not a horseman! Podhajsky was a horseman and even General Patton was a h…
