Fly Fringes Make a Difference to Honduran Horses

When a team from World Horse Welfare visited Honduras to assess the wellbeing of the country's cart horses, we found that nearly half the working horses in San Pedro Sula had open sore wounds around their eyes.

We asked people to send in their unwanted fly fringes through the World Horse Welfare website (http://www.worldhorsewelfare.org) or to make a donation towards a fly fringe. In this film saddler Stuart Russell shows how the donated fly fringes are impacting upon the lives of Honduran Cart Horses today.
