Hi there, I just joined the group. 4 months ago I bought a 4 year old, black-bay, PRE mare from Escalera bloodlines. I've dreamed of owning an Iberian horse for years and am thrilled to finally own one. She's currently in training where I board here in California. Look forward to participating in this group!

Hi Suzanne
I have a pure Spanish horse, Arador el Viajero, he will be 2 in july his sire is Don Marco and dam is Infanta CV, looking forward to having more Andalusian owners to join your group. My andalusian is still more bay than grey but will grey eventually. I expect he will reach 16 hands when fully grown. I hope to teach him dressage someday whether in hand or in the saddle, that all depends on me. There are not alot of good classical dressage trainers here and I also have the only purebred andalusian her as well. I audited a Johanna Beattie Batista clinic in Nova Scotia this spring and will hopefully attrend the next one in the fall. I would love to get as much trainingfor myself as I can, before he is ready and old enough to ride.
