Hi Colette, How great to see someone I respect and admire as part of this group. I, too, am located in the Dallas area but am in the Eastern area halfway between Dallas and Tyler. I, too, love the Arab. They have great brains and the biggest hearts. You do have to give them a little bit more time to mature, in my opinion. I think by the time they are around 6 to 7 they have settled and are really ready to get to work and stop being silly. I am in the process of starting my breeding program of half Arab sport horses. I have an Oldenburg stallion, and after a 2-year search for the right mare found a Chemosabe granddaughter who is expecting any day now. I am so excited! My stallion is the son of Weltstern and an old style warmblood. The mare is nice and big without too refined of a head. I will post pictures as soon as it is born. I could go on and on about all the wonderful attributes of the Arab, but you guys already know :)

Colette! So glad you joined!!!!! Love, love, love!!!!! your lesson program. Found it to work especially well for Arabians! Colette, I am ready to journey through level ! and soon II ! I have heard from many Arabian friends that they really begin to shine beyond training level..... Anything coming in the foreseeable future? :0)

I agree, Colette, that Arabs are amazing. I teach a few students general horsemanship and I won't use anything but an Arab!

Hi Everyone, I'm a professional Dressage Trainer and I've been using Arabs in my lesson programs and been competing on Arabs since I was a kid. They're an amazing breed that gets such a bad rap.
I have my own facility in Dallas Tx,where I teach and train and also have developed an online, real time lesson program.
Hey Renee, so glad to see you're on here!

I definitely belong in the group...I LOVE my Arabs. My main horse is an 11yo chestnut gelding. We tried competitive trail riding last year and my Hero really excelled. Can't wait for next years season!

I just joined and am interested to meet other Arabian people. All though we have all different breeds, my Arab, Raf is my baby.
