How's picking up your mare's foot going? Can't horses be frustrating, you get a horse and all of a sudden there is this inexplainable problem? Been there, done that.
I am so glad this mare ended up with an owner who cares so much. With enough patience and gentle persistence just about any problem tends to work out.
