Hi all! I just joined because I have a Lipizzan and Friesian breeding operation, although we haven't had foals for a few years. The focus has been on selling the extra horses we acquired (long story) as well as the training aspect of it all. Pretty soon we will be ready to breed a very limited number of foals, probably next year. I just posted a small grouping of photos...if you want to see some of my horses!

I am breeding my 2 Morgan mares to a palomino Andalusian stallion.
I believe that this combonation will be a wonderful horse for riding or driving- for maneuverability, and the dressage phase, as well as stamina and stunning looks and comfort when riding. Both breeds are known for their trainability and beautiful gaits and ability to be trained to the highest levels of any kind of riding or driving or jumping.
One of my mares is a bay, and one is a chestnut. Both are registered and the stallion is a young Andalusian, Lourinho AFA,
whose sire is a hugely popular cremello Andalusian dressage horse named Saphiro and the dam Heredera, was a top 5 winner in movement in her mares classes in the USA and Mexico. The mares are in California and once confirmed in foal ( they will have ultra sounds and vet confirmation) one will be offered for sale and one will be kept.
As an added incentive- I also will offer in the future, a free breeding to my Friesian stallion, Zensational BHE also located in California.
Papers for the registration of the foal will be given at the time of the sale- so the foal can be registered with the IALHA as well as the mare's Morgan registration papers.
I do not care which mare is wanted I will keep the other one, and I know this will be a fantastically bred horse.
I have been breeding crosses of friesians and andalusians and morgans for many years with wonderful results.
I have 2 Friesian mares , who are in foal and both foals have been sold for 2010 in utero, plus the two Morgan mares and a yearling palomino Andalusian filly, whose grandsire is the same Saphiro.
I also stand Zensational BHE the Friesian stallion.
Having bred and owned many phenomenal Friesian x Morgan crosses, and Andalusian x friesian crosses, who have proven to excel in dressage under saddle with scores over the warmbloods in their classes- from the lower to the upper levels, I am sure the same thing will happen with this cross.
One of the mares will be offered for $5,000.00, in foal , with the breed back to
Zensational, BHE, Black friesian stallion with a recessive red gene.
This is the opportunity to be able to have a sound correct mare- who will be able to be trained as well, with lovely ground manners, as well as a foal with a super future and to be registered with the IALHA,
and then the opportunity to breed back for a different cross, a Moriesian, or friesian sport horse, with several registries available.
The mares have been seen by our repro vet and are clean and ready to be bred in the month of May.
If interested, please contact me off this list, and at my email,
Thank you for your time.

I also own 2 morgan mares and i am breeding them to a fab palomino stallion this summer. I know both of the mares have terrific gaits and wonderful temperments and the palomino stallion has been hand raised by my best friend and so I am very excited about this for next yr.
One of my friesians will be bred to my stallion and one of the other ones will be bred to the same palonino andalusian for a buckskin warlander for 2011
very exciting times

I have a wonderful 2 year old Friesian that I got over two years ago now. It is so hard to believe how fast time flies. Seems like yesterday Xola arrived at my barn from California and was so small. Now she is huge, magnificiant, and the horse of my dreams. However, I will need a ladder to get on her back but on her back I have been very briefly.
