Hi Karen,  Here's the website although there is not much detail re the barn.  There is an indoor arena (small) and lovely trails.  The owner of Eaglewood is Marilyn Oldfield - you might want to give her a call.  Not sure when you planning a move as I know she is pretty full right now but it's certainly worth a call.
