What great lack of reaction on Coopers part when it comes to the plastic.
I think someone must have used one previously with Cash cause he did not react to itat all either.
Tonight he just got laid down in the indoor to roll and the neighbors shot off a loud gun a couple of times and he definitely reacted to that. Then he was on high alert and Jim did some little thing and scared him again. Scared me too cause I thought he was gonna come right over us but he did swerve around. It was storming with lots of lighting this morning so the horses were in most of the day. It was pouring rain while I was there so I let him just outside the door to graze and he liked that as long as it wasn't real windy. It was about 72 degrees but very humid tonight. I made the mistake of wearing a light sweat-shirt. it worked!! I sweat!!! lol.

The bag doesn't bother him at all :) But he still just looks around at everything else so I have to keep bumping the rope to get him to keep his attention on me! I can flap that thing all over him, under his belly, in between his legs, in between his tail and butt and doesn't flinch. Although he did get a little antsy when I did it like an extreme helicopter, slapping it on the ground. I walked down his left side and he was fine, then the right side he raised his head and started backing away from me. I kept at it until he stood still and then I retreated and rubbed him. I hope to take it outside and try it there, I think I did last year a few times, but it will have to be when no one else is around. Only one other boarder is fine with it and she does Lyons training as well. She walked in when we were playing and said don't stop on my account, the more scary things the better.
