Developing the canter pirouette can be a daunting task. This exercise simplifies it down to the very first steps you can take with your horse in order to develop and prepare your horse for the half pirouette in the Prix St George test. As you advance through the stages of the exercise you can also gradually increase the collection and the obedience of your horse, and the best part is when things are not perfect there is always a place to ride forward and out of an incorrect pirouette!
