Hey there what's happening?? Miss you lots, thinking of coming for a visit. We are in cabin building mode right now, making a big push to get it finished and the kids into it before September 13 when the Poker Ride is in Houston. From the messages I'm getting the riders loved the Lighthorse show they felt relaxed and at peace and they like the volunteers and how nicely they were dealt with. Not news to me since God was covering the whole thing anyway. He answered my prayers wonderfully.

Lots has happened since I was last on. The worst of which is losing Bella, she got hit by a semi on the highway in the wee hours of the morning on Aug. 8 and I miss her terribly. I wanna puke everytime I think of the loss, we were all devastated yesterday, it was hard to focus on the cabin building project. So we all went our separate ways much like today. Fortunately for me I had a young lady here with her green horse and I was doing some horse training with them. It was great but afterwards is when it is hard, to turn around and find Bella not there. Hayla and Matt buried her back in the camping area near her buddy Brandon's campsite. She was his favourite and would always save pieces of his dinner meat for her at the BBQ's.

Hi there, are you keeping out of the heat. Hayla's cabin is coming along just finished cementing the foundation pods today. Have an interesting project for the next 3 days, a young girl is coming to get help with her and her horse. It's exciting because she has only been on the horse on a lunge line.
