Entries: Completed entry including payment must be received by October 20th.
Cheques payable to "Country Hill Farm". No post-dated cheques.

Schedule: Times will be e-mailed on October 25th, then final times on October 29th.
Stabling: Call to arrange. $40 overnight. $20 for day-stabling (coggins within 12 months).
Directions: Check out our website for directions. We are located between Stouffville and Uxbridge.
Other information: We will be having a dinner and discussion on Friday November 12th with a presentation from Jessica Phoenix. Cost: $10 per person with the money going to support Jessica in her journey to the 2012 Olympics. We will have a slide show presentation, along with her discussion.

Refreshments will be available for sale in the lounge.
All riders should dress according to the weather, and be neat and tidy. Hair pulled back, clean tack and apparel.
Country Hill reserves the right to combine sessions, or alter conditions if deemed necessary.
No outside Dogs on the property.
All outside riders must have proof of a current OEF membership-copy of the card or the real thing!
$25 auditing fee.
Cancellation Policy: If Cancelled before October 20th- 50% of fee will be returned if your spot can be filled. After October 20th- No return fee.
