Hi Meredith,
I have to photograph the vests and I will get you their measurements. The navy vest was made about 10 years ago and the hunter one was made about 8 years ago. The navy has not been used in 8 years, and the hunter has not been used for 4 years. They are both in excellent condition despite their age. Here is my email: mirak@optonline.net
