A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
I am 56, a lifetime rider/owner/sometime trainer and breeder. I have ridden some dressage, endurance, show jumped, done flat classes, a bit of Western, etc. My love is trail riding/camping. I am just starting to raise spotted gaited mules for trail and larger sport mules. The mammoth jack, some of the broodmares, a couple of geldings and a mule are to be found on our old place in central southern BC, in the north end of the Okanagan Valley.

So Draft X Spotted mules by a spotted jack? Is your Rose Grey mare going to throw grey mules? Does that happen ? I've never seen a grey mule I dont think. Have you tested any of your broodstock for color zygosity?

Hi Anne, I just saw your question posted in the over 50 rider....I'd like to invite you to post some questions on my Ride Fit blog. I would say that most of my riding clients are over 45yrs old,and perhaps in clinics most are over 50. You've asked some good questions, I think I'll respond to them in the blog this week. I'd invite you to ask more since there are so many people out there with similar needs. You can also post photos if you'd like individual recommendations.
