- I am a school teacher. I have five horses-4 Thoroughbreds and an Appaloosa. I am married and have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. I love horses. I like caring for them as much as riding. I am very interested in horse welfare. I read everything I can get my hands on about horses. I have owned horses for 30 years.
