The Friesian is Aizefan E Sanning (we called him Aize). He was owned by a student of mine who had him in training and boarded with me. She has since gone to college and sold him to another young rider in Alabama, who still owns him last time I spoke with her mother. Aize was (is) a GREAT horse, and a real pleasure to have around. He was 17hh, which is big for a Friesian (and we were NOT looking for anything that big LOL), but when a friend of mine recommended I go look at him, I knew he was the one for her. That is GREAT that you want to participate! If we get anyone else from this area, I would be more than happy to arrange carpool--I am going up several days early and staying for several days afterward to give lessons to clients up in Alabama, otherwise I would be happy to give you a ride. Keep in touch and let me know when you make your final decision. Valley View is taking the reservations and making all the arrangements, so I can put you in touch with them.
