KC, sometimes our favourite foods are those which make us feel good. We are not all built the same and our bodies often demand what we need. Perhaps your favourite foods are high in protein because that is what you need to satisfy your body's inner workings. Try and include some of the healthier whole grains just to even things out and see if you don't feel even better.
good tips! i tend to eat alot of protein just because my favourite foods are high in it like meat, milk and cheese, and i dont eat many carbohydrate rich foods which is pretty bad so im working on it!
