Amazing old footage of Phar Lap (including a look at his conformation), interviews with his owner and rider, and a look at him being loaded on the ship for his fateful trip to America. Well worth watching! Phar Lap shows up about 2:15 into the video.

It's sad to watch him sail off, especially as we now know how the story ended so tragically. Fantastic footage. Thanks to Michael for finding and uploading.
