This video is a lower body strengthening and stretching program, provided that there are no underlying problems.

Please begin the stretching exercises 2-3 times per day and hold them for up 30 seconds. The strengthening exercises can be performed every second day with 10 reps to start. You can slowly increase your reps to 2 and then 3 sets of 10 over a month.
