A Bit About Me and my Horse(s): I live in Stratford, Ontario Canada. I love to ride and at the moment I am training in Dressage. We have 2 horses: Alcaponie and Mimi. I have 3 sisters. Two of my sisters ride and the other one likes to swim and is training to be a lifeguard.
I love to event my pony and do dressage with him!Alcaponie is the bomb,I couldn't ask for a better pony! ♥♥

Do you have any pets?: 2 greyhounds, a golden retriever, 7 cats, 5 fish tanks, and 1 Lop-eared Bunny!

Have a good ride! :) I rode Mo yesterday on a hack and he was soooo good! :) We cantered up hills and through bushes and sand. I wanted 2 try DRAG-HUNTING with him and wondered how he is, and it turns out he was a racehorse then a drag-hunter! :) So I was meant 2 get him! My big, beautiful boy!... :)
My riding teacher rode him in the morning on a hack, and I could not believe my ears wen she said that Mo almost threw her off! :( And she has such an xcellent seat!!! But wen I rode him he was calm, despite all the spooky horses and wind! :) I have a BOND! YAY!:)

It was cool in Europe, in 2 ways. It rained the first 2 weeks, then it was better. But despite the good weather, there was still snow on the mountains! :) Brrrrrr!
The grass was soooooo much greener there! lol! :)

Thanks! She is a Welsh/Standardbred 7 year old mare. I love her - the best temperament !!!! Took 1st place and the Championship at the recent Welsh show in Mares 3 and over.....My other horse is an 11 year old quarter horse mare - doing dressage with her - love them both!

Hi; Halle; myself and my children and I show at the Glanbrook Cadora shows. I grew up in London and spent many years going to dressage and hunter/jumper shows in the area. My husband and I also used to volunteer as cross country jump judges and ring crew for CEF shows too. My husband also used to ride with the London Hunt quite a few years ago. Have a great day.

U know she's lame? She has almost "healed"! My grandma said I culd ride her, but not over work her or jump, but I trotted and cantered and she looked so happy! :) I am also happy. :)

No1 really knows. We think either she tripped, 'cos she doesn't pick her feet up very high and the ground is uneven, or she got kicked by Baby, the VERY dominant herd leader, and that option is more possible 'cos Baby always kicks out at Storm.
Mo is awesum! His coat is looking really good and his leg's also better. We use a magnetic therapy blanket thingy ma bob on him called the Bemer 3000. It really works... even on me! I had an injury a few yrs ago and I used it on that place and now it is so much better! :)
Ystrday I went on an outride and he cantered a lot with out permission, then, when he culd canter, he galloped! It was sooooooooooooooo fun! =]
Then I rode him 2day and made up a dressage test. He's also good at that! His transitions from walk 2 canter and canter 2 halt r really good! I'll try get a video or pics on!
I'm riding 2morrow 2! :)

Hey Halle!
Haven't chatted 4 a while, have we?
Thought I'd tell u I entered a show on Mo 4 last Sunday but wen I was warming him up, he started limping! :( So I had to ride Mouse, a riding school horse. He was really good and I decided after doing my 2 entered classes, 40 and 50cm, I also entered 60 and 70! I won 2 rossettes! :) Keep ur i out 4 pics! :)
After the show I played with Mo! He was really cute and followed me all the time! I thought it was because of the treats hanging on my arm but wen I took them off and walked away, he still followed me! :) It was so cute!
I'll also try and get the videos on to! :)

Have u got any tips on how to get videos 2 load faster? I was gonna add sum from the show so I waited a bit. I did my homework, ran outside, etc. About half an hr later not even the first 1 was loaded!

We haven't talked 4 quite a while! :) :(

Yesterday wen I rode we went on an outride and wen we cantered Mowgli galloped! He is sooooooooooooooooo FAST!!!!! It was scary but REALLY AWESUM! =]

I got a trophy at my riding school for the most improved rider! :) :) :)

Awesum! :) It does snow in Africa, but not where I live. I live in Cape Town. But there is snow on some of the mountains! :)

I went to a riding camp from Mon-Wed, and I swam on a horse for the first time ever! It was awesum!!! :)

Mo's leg is REALLY good! :) It is closing and if you look closely you can actually see hairs growing! I am so happy!!! :) :) :) I'll take some pics of it soon. :) Proves that vets aren't always right! ]:) lol!

Mo is so cute! He follows me all the way out of his stable to the mounting block! I'll take pics soon. :) And yesterday he knocked his front hooves on the stable so I told him to pick his back legs up, so he did. A metre high in the air! It was really cute! :) And when we were jumping He knocked a jump and he got angry at himself so the next time we jumped it he jumped that specific jump REALLY huge! It was really funny! :)

And on the camp when I was tacking up the one horse Legacy, I was talking to him randomly and he was bobbing his head up and down (break dancing!). Then I said to him, "we're jumping today boy." That's when he stopped breakdancing, looked at me and shook his head in a way that looked like he was saying, "No we're NOT!" That was funny! :)
