I'm a recreational equestrian who loves trail riding, dressage and jumping. I've been horsing around for the last 40 years, and can't imagine my life without my equine pals. I do health and life coaching for equestrians, where I feel privileged to be coaching other like-minded horse nuts so that they can get the most out of their equine professions and hobbies!
