KWPN horses are Dutch warmbloods that are bred to perform with extraordinary athleticism at the top echelons of equine sports but have temperaments and trainability for amateurs.

Prima Equestrian is hosting the KWPN North American Keuring on Sunday September 23rd, an event that gives any one interested in learning more about the breed a golden opportunity to observe.

It begins with the under saddle classes include Young Dressage and Jumper horses.

It also includes inspections of young stock including foals, yearlings and 2-year-olds, mares and geldings under 3-years-old, and stallions.

The keuring is open to the public at no charge and refreshments are available.

During the lunchbreak, Brooks Performance Horse Feeds is very pleased to announce that Dr. Kathleen Crandell of Kentucky Equine Research will
be addressing the issue of nutrition for Warmblood horses.
