Event Description

"Improve Your Seat" Balimo Workshop. Learn about Balimo (Balance In Motion); the work of Eckart Meyners (seat guru from Germany); the day will include discussion of Balimo principles; group warm up; Balimo unmounted exercise session; followed by private riding sessions incorporating both mounted and unmounted Balimo exercises - to help riders to improve their seat/riding/harmony.

Clinician: Joan Adler - Balimo Instructor - recently certified in Germany as a Trainer A (Level 3 Coach).
