Event Description

Balimo means Balance in Motion. Balimo is about unlocking muscles and neuro pathways that over time, have become over or under used. The key to better riding is to improve balance and flexibility. Using both mounted and unmounted Balimo exercises, we rediscover our bodys balance and motion, which leads to better riding!
