Event Description

Without balance and being in touch with what your body is doing, you have no hope of controlling your horse. Your aids will be distorted as the horse will be confused by the "background noise" that your body is creating. The seatwork is a dynamic way of learning to feel, unblock both mental and physical tension, and allow both you and your horse to relax and enjoy the ride!!
