PHD is an equine event based on progressively more difficult patterns that test the basic skills a horse and rider team can perform.
A virtual Show is an IPHDA competition held online
How can PHD Events be judged fairly off of the internet
with Exhibitors from many different locations?
An IPHDA judge is required to Evaluate whether a horse willingly followed the rider’s guiding and transition cues.
They are not required to Judge how willing or unwillingly the horse reacted to the rider’s cues.
