I ride about 4 out of 7 days a week, How often do u ride a week????

about 5 days a week. (depending on the weather)

I used to ride 4 or 5 days a week when I boarded my horse elsewhere. Now that I keep horses at home, I ride weekends only. I plan to find a way to change this situation. I think a horse needs at least 3 days a week to keep fit. If it's a younger horse 4-5 days a week is better.

Well when its the school holidays i plan to ride a lot more about umm... 4 out of 7 days.
but now at the moment its school so i mainly ride on the weekends
