For sale: 8 year old dark bay Hanoverian gelding for sale. He is by A Jungle Prince ( Argentinus) who won the German Riding Championships ( Bundeschampionat) and out of an imported mulit mare show winner and States Premium mare by Don Primero ( a German Grand Prix stallion sired by the legendary Donnerhall). Adonis is a 17 hh stunning gelding who has an outstanding temperment and is truly bomb proof...I use him to teach beginner riders as young as 6 years old! Currently schooling 3rd level...ready to start changes this winter, and already has renvers, travers, walk pirouettes, trot and canter half passes. Adonis had scores to low 70's last year in first level, and was a multi champion at the Ottawa Area Dressage Group year end awards. This year so far he is scoring into the high 60's in the second level freestyles at Gold level shows, and is certainly in line for the annual awards again this year...all of this after having the winter off ( I don't have an indoor arena at home) and not starting back until mid april this year!!

Adonis certainly has FEI potential...already he shows a talent for canter pirouettes. He is very comfortable to ride (I'm 5'3" and have NO leg!!) and has a beautiful canter and swingy trot. I wish I had the time to devote to him and continue moving him up the levels, but unfortunately I don't and I've decided the best thing for him is to let him go to someone who does.
